Game Center Arashi

Please note I watched this about a year ago RAW so my memory might be a little fuzzy. It is an adapation of a manga from Mitsuru Sugaya that ran for 17 volumes. Wheither it was the anime or manga this series did have an impact with Mine Yoshizaki being heavily influncied by it, I mean hell he wrote his own version 20 years later. But yeah the show is a masterpiece. But I degress, this show was fucking great and you should watch it if you can. It's about a kid who is top tier at arcade games where he is constantly getting into arcade fights, against the caziest shit. Somehow it constantly ups the ante each episode too.

Now there was one episode I want to talk about where gaming Hitler shows up and starts a GAMER RISE UP movement. This includes trying to clone the MC and make any army of gamers to take over the world. The JSDF tries to stop him invading his skull shaped island, but ultimately it is our hero that stops gaming Hitler. They have a final battle projecting both their screens into the skull eye sockets, but during the fight Hitler's gaming skills are too good and he creates a wormhole and into another dimension. Our hero slips in it, but escapes. Now that was a typical episode of the show. There is another where he fights a hamburger monster, he fights Dracula, a posed doll, and of course the mad scientist that is constantly trying to kidnap him. I don't remember all the details as I watched this a year ago, but the show stuck with me and is easily one of my favorite non-subbed shows. So If you can understand JP you should check it out. Maybe if I have time I'll sub the Hitler episode, but I wouldn't count on it.
